The 1903 sweater the pioneers of the Tour (Virginia/Citycle)

One of PALMARÈS' flagship products is the 1903 Tour Pioneers swe ater. Extremely comfortable, this straight grey merino wool sweater is reminiscent of the mythical woollen jerseys. Like the jersey of Maurice Garin, winner of the first Tour in 1903, or the Pélissier jersey of the years 25-30.

Made in Europe, it keeps the cyclist perfectly warm thanks to its high chimney collar. The 1903 sweater has long sleeves and ribbed finishes at the collar, cuffs and base. Merino wool has been chosen for its manufacture because it does not sting. Elastic and resistant, it is also antibacterial and avoids the appearance of bad smells too quickly.
